My Spectre X360 convertible 13 -ap0XXX converts to my home wifi network but not to the internet

My Spectre X360 convertible 13 -ap0XXX converts to my home wifi network but not to the internet.  Instead it reports the network is low quality.   All my other devices (iphone, ipad etc) connect just fine and restarting the network adaptor always brings internet connectivity up eventually but sometimes takes two or three goes.

My network adaptors drivers are all up to date but I am not sure which network adaptors I should have.  I subscribe to Nord vpn although I do not use it when I am at home but I see there is a Nord vpn  linked network adaptor in my list which is as follows

  Do I have the right Network Adaptor and if not how do I reload  the one my Spectre would have been delivered with.

Or is there another solution to my problem?

The wan driver for your model is here, try removing the old driver and installing this new driver.

That driver says it’s for Windows 10 whereas my laptop runs Windows 11.   Not sure if it’s ok to use?

The only drivers I could find for your model are for windows 10 but they should work on windows 11 no problem.
