Product: 5CD5346HP1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer won't access the internet. When I login my computer says Administrator:cmd.exe windows system 32. The screen has a x on the computer little computer display and when I click on it it says airplane mode. It's connected to the modem I had it checked with my internet provider Xfinity and they referred me to HP for help. Now can you help me get my computer connection back to the internet.
