Possible hacker

I have a hacker? that is trying to lock up my computer.  The company program is KNCTR  - itibitisystems.inc 

I cannot delete therogram because it says it is busy.  It attachjes itself everytime I log on.

 

Does anyone know how to delete thisr pogram?

Removal and cleanup here. You may have to shut the program down before Uninstalling it. Look for an icon in the system tray. Click the up arrow to see all icons. Right click it and shut down or exit it:

Possible hacker

I disabled the program ❤ and was able to delete the program.  It is now gone. Thank God
