My WiFi suddenly disconnected. It’s showing that there are no networks to connect to and instructed me to install a driver for my adapter. I didn’t install a driver to begin with, so I have no idea what to do!! Please help...I am not tech savvy at all!! Thank you!
If the test fails or does not detect the wireless card, it could be faulty.
If it passes the tests, install all available windows and HP updates using a wired network to resolve the issue.
