Product: hp pavillion g4 1303u notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop is having QUALCOMM atheros Bluetooth

but i am unable to find any other Bluetooth device... it keep on searching

in setting of Bluetooth i can see one unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)

i tried all things which are available on internet and YouTube tried uninstalling and installing drivers..... but no use

some of the services related to Bluetooth is stopped and some are running.....but there also i can't do much

 

Please anyone help me to resolve this issue

Machine is too old, I can't find its specs. Only

It does not have Bluetooth at all.

I agree that machine is too old....

But before 1 month I was using laptop Bluetooth starting from when I got this laptop
