Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i cant use my bluetooth in my laptop and it does not appear in my laptop.
i tried updating the driver Ralink_RT3290_Bluetooth_01 , but it failed.

i tried looking for the driver in hp website , but it doesnt show the OS of windows 8.1 .

 

 this is the hardware ID  : USB\VID_148F&PID_3298&REV_0000 

 

can someone help me please?
