Unable to use hot spot on my cell phone (I phone 10) to connect to internet.

Please Set up Personal Hotspot on your phonr first:

  •   Go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Personal Hotspot.
  •   Tap Personal Hotspot, then tap the slider to turn it on.

If you don't see the option for Personal Hotspot, contact your carrier/provider to make sure that you can use Personal Hotspot with your plan

I have the same problem. I have a brand new HP spectre 360 and it will not connect to my iphone's hotspot. I have the hotspot feature enabled on my phone. I will be returning the computer if I cannot use my phone as a hotspot. I hope someone can help.
