ATI Graphics Card Is Not Working

HP Recommended

I Have Hp DV6-3085tx Laptop with windows 7 64bit.  Once While working Screen display has gone suddenly and restarted, Then onwards ATI Mobility  Graphics Card(512mb) is not working.  In troubleshoot it is showing Windows has stopped the working of Graphics card (Code 43). I did Recovery, still problem is unsolved. What i have to do?

Hi,

 

Code 43 - One of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner.

Use your warranty and contact with HP to inform them about this problem. How to do it all informations here (just choose your country).
