The following link is to a sticky post that an HP forum administrator made. It should shed some light on what I meant.
There was no arrogance or judgemental or insulting tone in the post.
Here's the thing, the internet is, unfortunately, as anonymous as it gets.
That is why we stay away from what you requested.
If you had called Microsoft, I think you know that their response would have been the same.
You could have gone back to the store where you bought it for help as well.
