Compaq cq57 laptop keyboard keys not working

Hey @Sanjiv1,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your Compaq Presario CQ57-200tu Notebook and keyboard keys not working correctly. You can resolve this issue by checking the keyboard language.  Please note remove any and all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices, as these could cause some issues.

Here is a link to uninstall the keyboard. Restart the computer after uninstalling, it should reinstall automatically. This has helped others.

Here is a link to keyboard troubleshooting.

I hope something here helps.

Thanks.
