I used DISK SANITIZER on my HP laptop 8510P and at the end, it can boot again it wrote "Non -system disk or disk error replace" pls tell me what to do and how to do it.
I will be expecting positive reply,

The Disk Sanitizer wipes everything on the disk "sanitizing" the disk of any data, including the partition. Sounds like you are not booting to the windows CD you are putting in the laptop. If your computer has a CD drive you can follow the steps in this link to change your boot location http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03736054 

 

If you are making a bootable USB to reinstall Windows there are some tutorials online like below. You would need another working computer to make one..

When you are setting up the new OS you will need to select the option to make a new partition to install the OS.
