Elite x2
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I brought this Elite x2 about 2 weeks a ago. - few days ago my sound no longer worked. I left it on charge over night and the other day I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. No lights switched on and the screen and keyboard are both unresponsive. I then tried to plug the charger back in but it wouldn't even charge. What could be the issue?

i assume you didn't install windows 10 32bits on your tablet (as in the header) since the units should arrive with a 64bit version. In any case, it is possible you have a h/w problem with the unit

however, it can also be the power supply not providing power to the unit. When you plug in the power cable into the usb-c port, do you see an amber charging light right next to it? if not, it could be either the p/s or the motherboad. In either case, call HP Elite Support if in the US

If charging light comes on, then, try to hold on to the power on button and volume down for 15 secs to see if a hard reset brings the unit back to life

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.
