Hi Paul.

I am upgrading my laptop to a HP 639526-001 with new heatsink 641025-001. CPU Intel Core i7-2620M mobile processor.  I know this wont be using the same drivers as the old model.

My old laptop hard drive was AMD motherboard with AMD UMA video.

But I have a hard time looking up the model.

My laptop is a HP Pavilion G6-1A19WM

Hi:

If you are installing that Intel motherboard, you should be able to use the drivers and software from this model.

For the graphics driver you only install the AMD graphics driver which will install the drivers for both the AMD and Intel GPU's.
