Had to factory reset my computer, after the reset i was installing windows and i turned it off

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After factory resetting my pc, it was installing windows and i accidentally turned it off. now everytime i turn it on it says i have to click ok to restart as it was turned off during windows installation  when i do it just repeats the same time no matter how many times i click ok and it restarts. please help as my computer is not booting up

As you mentioned that you turned off your computer accidentally while doing windows installation, I recommend you to reinstall the operating system again.

Hi, thank you for your reply. But i've tried this and it ends up on "insert your windows installation or recovery media to continue" when i try to reset it after pressing f11 during restart. So i have no idea what it's asking me to insert

I recommend you to contact phone support to order recovery media for your computer. You can use that to put your computer back to factory settings.
