HostedNetwork not supported after updating to Windows 10

HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I own a Realtek RTL8188EE Wi-Fi adapter, and since I updated my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I am not able to create a wireless hotspot. Normally, entering NETSH WLAN set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Your_SSID key=Your_Passphrase would work for me when I had Windows 8.1 installed, but this does not work in Windows 10. I think the culprit has to do with the updated adapter not supporting HostedNetworks.

I have read threw a few different forums with this situation, and most of the replies said to roll the driver back to Windows 8.1. I am kind of leary of doing this, as most common answers say to make sure that all your drivers are up to date, and I cannot find my old driver anyways.

So I am wondering why did Realtek stop includinng this feature in there update, and is there a way around this.
