Problem with resetting PC

HP Recommended
hp stream 14-z010nr
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello hp forum,

 

I am a student and I am using this laptop only for my Microsoft Documents and some projects but some how the laptop got laggy. So, I want to reset my laptop and getting start.

Now I am having trouble with resetting my PC.

It said "There was problem resetting your PC"

I tried to reset it in advanced options but it shows the same error.

I checked disk manager and there is still a recovery partition but I can't do a reset.

So, please help me hp community.

Hi! There Thanks For The Pics That Is A Big Help I Wish More People Did That:smileyvery-happy:

 

Okay So Lets Try This

So We Can Not Access The System Reset Thew Windows 8.1 So Lets Try It Thew The System Recovery To Do This

Restart The PC And Press F11 For System Recovery Try To Locate Reset PC And Then Try It

Make HP Recovery Media And Then Boot To It

You Might Have To Change The Boot Order In The BIOS Or Press F2 For Boot Device Options

 My laptop didn't come with Hp recovery manager 😞

It only comes with Hp support assistant 😞

My laptop is Hp stream 14 signature edition
