Says system restore incomplete retries and restarts over and over to no avail

Help! My computer is 3 months old , got a virus , very slow. Despite antivirus , no success so backed up and tried to restore to factory settings. It says "restoration incomplete " have clicked retry a million times, still comes to same screen, restart and everything .. Don't know the way forward
