Stop error 0x00000109 Please help!!

I have a HP Pavilion Dv6 3230 us laptop and I have been getting the blue stop screen with error 0x00000109 (0XA3A039089CE8553F, 0XB3B7465EEF668D8D, 0XFFFFF80000BB3820,0X0000000000000001) *** KDCOM.D11-ADRESS FFFFF80000BB382C BASE AT FFFFF80000BB2000, DATESTAMP 4F175667. First I started getting stop error 0x000000001E but now every 5-10 mins my computer shuts down while doing anything even just having an internet brower open and gives me the stop error 0x00000109. After the computer dumps the files on the blue screen it gos to the black screen with the HP logo and gets stuck so I have to manually press the power button to turn off the computer! I called HP and they said its a windows problem and they couldn't help me. I tried a regisrty cleaner and that didn't work so now I don't know what to do. I am not that great with computers so I need detailed instructions on how to go about fixing this error. The computer has windows 7 installed and it came with the computer and it is running on 64bit and and an intel i3 processer. The computer is only one year and 7 days old. I thought about restoring to factory settings, but I don't know if that will help or not!! Please HELP!! Thanks a lot!

Sounds like you have a virus to me.

from Microsoft about this 109 bsod code

"A driver has inadvertently, or deliberately, modified critical kernel code or data. Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and later versions of Windows for x64-based computers do not allow the kernel to be patched except through authorized Microsoft-originated hot patches"
