Can anybody tell me if a fix has been designed for this yet? I'm getting this error also on a laptop around 2 weeks old. I've spent hours of my time on the phone and webchats to HP and no-one can fix it, very frustrating and not good time management for me and also not good for HP advisors to be taken upo dealing with issues where a fix is already in place?
