Pavillion

So my laptop just updated and now my touchpad doesn't work.. I've uninstalled Synaptics like I always do due to other issues, and never had a problem. Help?

Touchpad not working

Hi @xJess,

Thank you for posting at HP Forums!

I have read your post and wanted to help. I understand that your touchpad stopped working after an update. Just want to confirm that if you have reinstalled the touchpad driver. If not, you can post back the product number and version of Windows. I will check the driver for you.

Looking forward to your reply, and have a good day!
