how can i increase shared memory?

HP Recommended

hi... i got an hp-550 3gb ram with celeron @ 2ghz... it has an intel 965 chipset that says max shared memory is 384 but it only uses 150... how can i increase it or use max?... can i use ram to increase shared memory?... i tried in BIOS but there wasnt an option to do that....

Hi,

You can't do it manually because system automatically decide how much memory You need.

 

But You can incrase Your Ram. Here are all information about Ram mamories for Your model.

 

So You've got 2 slots. 2GB per slot max. Type PC2-5300.
