how to Unlock advanced features in bios

Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I want upgrade dedicated video memory from 32mb to 1024mb on hp 15d008tu laptop but there have option in bios to update video memory

You cannot do it. The video memory is not adjustable through the BIOS. The video card will be provided as much memory as it needs by the operating system. Your system has very limited video power with the 2 GHz Intel Pentium N3510 with Intel HD Graphics and only 2 gigs of RAM. If you are trying to adjust the video memory to make it play games better, that is just not going to be possible.
