how to enter product serial number model

HP Recommended
hp 630
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Product Information not valid

model number , serial number 

 

what is the solution for this type of problem

i have done by dos but the data is not saved

Hi,


I think the BIOS chip has to be "re-tattooed" again with the correct hashes for hardware and exact model details by HP directly.

HP has its own proprietary BIOS modification tools for doing it. We have no access to these.


Please contact HP to correct this. You may have to give your product to then for few weeks to get it done.
