We're going to need more information than that. (Device model number / exact problem (or guess)). Also, i can not assist you with webOS devices as i have no knowledge of them, just list the information and hope someone else comes by with an answer. (Or contact hp support directly)

HP shut down webOS servers in early 2015. You will not be able to set it up. There is a "stickied" thread with links to external resources about bypassing webOS servers. HP support cannot help with this.
