HP Recommended

I'm the owner of an Hp officejet 4650 (now out of warranty). I have used this equipment in Europe with no problem with ink cartridges HP302. However when I have tried to use this printer in USA with HP63 cartridges (HP302 are not available here), . I get the alarm message "Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer". Reading in this community I learned that fixing this issue may require a Regionalization Reset. How can I get the procedure to  do this reset?
