Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

for some time our HP Pagewide Enterprise Color MFP 586f sometimes prints offset. The stripes always have the same width, but the offset is different. Sometimes only some elements are offset, others are not. Particularly horizontal lines are offset. It affects all computers in the network as well as copies on the printer.

 

Most of the time it helps, to restart the printer. Sometimes not, but after a while everything works fine again.

 

 What could be the reason for the problem and what can I do about it?
