Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw has worked great for 4+ years.

However, when scanning, it recently stopped pushing out the pages fully which messes with the page order of the scanned document. More specifically, the last inch or so of the page is still resting on the rollers instead of dropping into the receiving tray. Then the next scanned page comes along and feeds 'under' the first page instead of dropping on top of the first page. This continues for all pages and the page ordering of the scanned document is all messed up.

Wondering if I need to replace the rollers?

Any help welcomed.

Could be a few different problems including static. I would try wiping the output tray area with a dryer sheet to see if that helps the pages move out.
