Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
 

 My HP DeskJet 3760 continues to jam and break the paper, the rubber tab that I think theoretically serves to clean the heads does not come down, to make it go down I have to open the ink cartridge door and manually rotate the sprocket, the black one to understand , as long as it does not unhook it and let it go down, obviously it is not said that everything is fine, because by closing the door the printer in position the print compartment and sometimes the "tab" comes back up, jamming and tearing the sheets.
