I've checked the front and rear output bins, there is now paper. I've turned off and on the printer to clear error message still not resolve. I've also turned the printer upside down and taken out paper trays and inkjet cartridges and there is no signs of a paper jam. Any other suggestions?

Common issue on these units is a paper wrapped around the fuser. Nearly impossible to see without removing the fuser from the printer.
