Product: hp envy 4502
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

hi! I cannot print photos on premium photo paper or on any type of glossy paper. I selected the settings accordantly but the printer is not picking up the paper. It is picking up the paper at the beginning and then is jamming. I been trying to print from photoshop, from my photo, from hp app....nothing seems to be working. Please Help!
