No paper feed and Warranty Status Issue

Hello,

We have a paper feeding issue on the printer named OfficeJet 3830.

If you contact me I will send video that showing problem.

 

We bought this print through Amazon. The seller was  Amazon.com Services LLC.

We checked this printer's warranty status and, it is "Product has been exchanged".

I thought I bought brand new printer but it said "This product has been exchanged for a new or refurbished product. Please use the product number and serial numbers of the new product to validate warranty status."

Please make sure it is true or not.
