Product: HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

Printer unable to complete any prints, the paper gets jammed every single time at the cartridge area. I have followed online tutorials, I have cleaned the rotators accordingly, turned off/on/reset, and it keeps happening. Please help as this is the second HP printer we have had in 2 years as the same thing happened with the first one. We cannot afford to buy a 3rd printer 😞
Errors which have flashed up include E4, E3 and E6 if I remember correctly!

Please can anyone help?
