Product: Hp deskjet 2300

My Hp deskjet 2300 printer. Buy through online purchase. But it does not work till date. When click printer option, a jerking in printer and paper not pull input tray. And show paper jam.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are not able to print due to a paper jam error.

This video Fixing a Paper Jam shows how to fix a paper jam when the printer stops feeding pages and the Resume light blinks.
