Hi @RPriest,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To print legal size paper on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030e series printer from a Windows 11 computer, you can follow these steps:
- Load Legal Size Paper: Make sure you have legal size paper loaded into the input tray of your printer.
- Open Document: Open the document or file you want to print on your computer. Ensure that the document is formatted for legal size paper.
- Open Print Dialog: Go to the File menu in your application (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) and select "Print". Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + P on your keyboard to open the print dialog.
- Select Printer: From the print dialog, select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030e series printer. Ensure it's the one you're connected to.
- Print Preferences: Click on the "Printer Properties", "Printer Preferences", or "Preferences" button (the name may vary depending on the application you're using).
- Paper Size Settings: Look for the paper size settings. It may be under a tab or dropdown menu labeled "Paper/Quality", "Layout", or "Advanced".
- Choose Legal Size: In the paper size settings, select "Legal" from the available paper sizes. Make sure the orientation (portrait or landscape) matches your document.
- Print: Once you've selected Legal size paper and adjusted any other settings according to your preference, click "OK" or "Print" to start printing.
- Retrieve Printed Document: After the printing process is complete, retrieve your printed document from the output tray of your printer.
