Hello. I keep getting the message "There is a problem with the printer or print system. Tur the printer off, then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. 0x6100004a". This is preceeded by a paper jam message, but there is indeed no paper jam. Tried to change the cartridges, but then noticed that the carriage is stuck in place and cannot move. Has anyone run into anything similar?

@Aatwater, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
