HP Recommended

I have a HP 1312 laser printer that doesn't want to pick up paper.  The little rollers don't seem to actuate.   Any ideas on a solution?

Thanks

If it is making noise like it is trying to pickup then most common issue is a worn pickup roller. This is an old machine and just from age the rollers will dry out or simply be worn out. The main pick roller should be clean and have small fingerprint like ridges. See image below to compare good and bad rollers.
