My printer is a "HP OffoceJetPro 8715". The recently has been unable to print on "Card Stock" or 69# Glossy Photo paper. Both of these papers "Jam" the printer. The papers eventually pass through the printer with no images . During the jamming process there is some unnatural noises generated. The printer works OK on "regular" paper. The problem seems to exist only on the heavier paper products.
