Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n

For a week now, it is just stuck on the

Carriage Jam - the print carriage cannot move.  open the ink cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK.

I've done it all. Opened the back, the ink access door, cleared all paper jams, etc.  There is nothing.  Shut it off/on several times. Unplugged it.  Everything.  It even printed a random sheet stored in memory before going back to the same CARRIAGE JAM game. I don't know what else to do.  Someone suggested it may need a new mother board.  Any and all advice is needed and welcomed.
