Helllo,i am trying to print foto's size 4x6'' and keep getting answer the size does not match selected format

please Help

HP Smart Mobile requires that you set the paper size / type before opening the item to be printed.

Example - Retain / Modify / Check Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper Management

Example - After Selecting Paper Size > Open item to be printed > Optional Edits / Resize > Print
