Hi @cerrone,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you have a paper jam below the toner cartridge area, you should follow these steps to release it.

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Open the front cover of your printer and remove the toner cartridge.
  3. Gently pull out any visible stuck paper from the printer.
  4. If the paper is torn or you can't remove it, use a pair of tweezers or pliers to carefully remove any remaining pieces of paper.
  5. Check the paper tray for any loose or misaligned paper and remove it.
  6. Reinstall the toner cartridge and close the front cover.
  7. Plug in your printer and turn it on.
  8. Try printing a test page to ensure that the issue is resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
