Product: HP t520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We bought this printer off Ebay.  It printed once and had this media load failure.  We replaced the sensor: no good.  We replaced the bundle board: no good.  The printhead was bad and after replacing it, I could print a Windows test page.  I tried sending a photo to it and got the load error.  I tried the test page again and it works.  I then tried a simple text print  and it failed.   It is networked and the driver I am using is HP Designjet T520 36in Class Driver.  Any ideas?  I am going to try a direct USB from a laptop with no driver, let Windows select one, and see what happens.
