Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am wanting to design and print greetings cards direct onto custom sized cards 288 x 144mm. I have looked at HP on YouTube and the demo shows 'Create Form' from Printer Server menu (using a Windows OS) but I don't have this option at all. I have tried every which way and cannot get it to print. I am able to set up the page size, create a shortcut with the correct sizing but I can't add this custom size to the list of available templates already set up for me to select. Your help will be appreciated. I did update this laptop to Windows 10.  Do I need to upgrade the print drivers? Thank you.
