Product: HP DESK JET PRINTER 3600 SERIES
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

SINCE 2 WEEKS I TRY TO USE MY SCANNER WITH WIFI BUT IT IS NEVER SUCCESSFULLY.  NEITHER WITH USB CONNECTION.

tTHE PRINTER IS WORKING WITH USB AND WIFI WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.

ON THE DETAILS on the scan page I SEE THAT THE SOFTWARE FOR THE SCANNER IS NOT INSTALLED.  I INSTALLED SEVERAL TIMES FROM MY CD-ROM  ANDS- FROM THE WEB BUT I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME?

I tried several times the print & scan doctor but no solution is found

I removed completely the HP software  with revo uninstaller and I reinstalled it  after shutting down and restarting my laptop but no solution.
