Have tried three times. Printer from 2017 was bought as a gift for a friend. He never used it, I have it now, brand new, just took it out of the box. I went through every step of the necessary setup for my MacBook Pro, Sierra 10.12.6 through the recommended 123.hp/com/dj1110 instructions. When I try to print a test page, I get this: "Inkjet 9 quit unexpectedly. Termination reason: DYLY (0 x 4) Symbol missing. I'm a computer dolt. It's all French to me, dagnabbit. Thanks for any help.
