Product: HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Running a Windows 7 VM in Parallels v12 on MacOS Sierra v10.12.3, Mac Mini Server. Can print in the VM to a HP C7280 printer without issue. I CANNOT scan using the HP Solution Center in the VM. Get error message indicating "The scan cannot be performed because another program or computer is using the networked HP imaging device." Parallels support is unable to fix the problem after an hour of trying various network configuration changes.  Note that the C7280 works perfectly on a traditional hardware PC (not a VM). Does anyone have a fix or insight?
