Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I called the 2 numbers I had for HP to get the drivers for my printer.  But the foreigners who answered kept asking about the scanner and the printer and I told them I needed the drivers for the IRIS program and they were no help  The driver I was looking for was the I.R.I.S.scanner/converter program

My printer is model CN577A.

So I just need to know where I can get the drivers since I tried to install them from the DVD but it didn't work.
