Re: Memory on Printer

Hi @Bill1009,

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! :) I see you would like to get rid of any information that may be stored on your HP Officejet 6600.

If you are able to access the printers control panel you can set this back to factory settings.

If the printer is not able to turn on, no information can be accessed.

This is a great question other customers may also be wondering about; please click the "Accept as Solution" if you feel this post has helped you, or could help others.

Re: Memory on Printer

To clear the printer memory:
  1. Disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.
  2. Hold down the Setup button. While keeping the button pressed down, reconnect the power cable. ...
  3. To check that the memory has been cleared, press the Scan button. The message SCAN TO UNDEFINED should appear.

If this is helpful , give kudos ,Hp
