PageWide Pro 577dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The company I'm working for has a Kyocera printer that they do Scan-To-Email on all the time and at another office they want the same functionality from their PageWide Pro 577dw, but it has proven very difficult to setup.

We've tried the Web-Interface and it goes right into the printer and we've added the desired email-addresses, but they don't seem to be available to the actual Scan-To-Email function.

From the printer side, we've tried adding addresses, but it insists on an obnoxious PIN number scheme that must be used to both setup the email, and also each time a Scan-To-Email is done.

This is simply so the secretary can get documents to the agents in the field, is there a simpler/better way to do this on this machine without all the Pin# TomFoolery, or to get it to access the internal address book??

Thanks!

Adam
