Hi.

I tried to print a document in MS Word on my Lenovo L15 yesterday, but my HP 4360 didn't do anything even though it was plugged in, turned on, and able to print on November 13, 2021.  Yesterday, I attempted to print on my mom's Chromebook and my iPhone and both times were successful so I called Lenovo to see if it was a hardware issue. The Lenovo tech support rep helped me set the printer up as a default printer, made sure that I had the latest drivers, uninstalled then reinstalled the printer,  ran the HP Smart App, and the HP Print and Scan Doctor. After an hour of troubleshooting, the printer still would not work properly. The Lenovo tech support rep told me there wasn't anything else he could do and I needed to contact HP.

I have the HP Printer Assistant on my L15 and am only able to print the HP Network Configuration Page on it. Your help is appreciated.
