HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer was running perfectly for a long time, months, and then quit connecting to the wireless router/network. After following all the rebooting things, the printer does not connect.

Diagnostics results:

Connectivity "connected" show "Not Run."

Disconnect count total = 720

Network Name "Fail."

Signal quality - "Not Run." 

Wireless Networks Detected =13 but not mine.

Suggestions? I've run and inputted SSID/Password for wireless, still no recognition. Have wireless or this wouldn't work.
